Services

Crossroads will provide pre-sentence investigation reports to
Justice and City Courts seeking additional background and current
information for defendants. Our investigations assist the court in
determining an appropriate sentence. The following information is
provided in the report:


  • Present offense
  • Victim impact and restitution
  • Criminal history
  • Driving history (if relevent)
  • Defendant's life history
  • Education and employment
  • Substance abuse history
